Tornado Wire LHT8/90/15 is a lightweight, high tensile stock fence, commonly used as an economical solution in areas of low pressure from livestock or for a short to medium term project.
The increased distance between the vertical stay wires helps prevent sheep getting their heads stuck in the fence. It is manufactured with high tensile wire which strains tighter than mild steel and so requires fewer intermediate posts, making it quicker to erect. It does not stretch with weathering so does not need to be retightened annually.
Frequently used to make up one of a two-part deer fence.
